I confess when we first started this stay-at-home thing the cheapest and easiest stuff to get was unfortunately junk food. I sadly Partook in this consumption because it was a basics of what we had.
Thankfully today, my husband visited two different grocery stores and helped stock us up on our veggies and fruit. This should last us this week and hopefully weekend. The country is too close over the weekend so I'm pretty sure we should be good.
I confess while I washed the vegetables, I ate a lot of the radishes. But I rather fill up on natural foods than junk food. I found that when I consumed some crackers or other items, I kept feeling hungry but when I eat a lot of vegetables, I get full faster. Keep drinking tons of water.
