It is important to make your meals at home.
You DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHEF!
It's practice that will help and you have to be willing to try and do it!
I know I had to pep talk myself because I was timid on some recipes and food that were NEW TO ME, but I thought if the doctor shows me how to test my blood or give myself a shot - I WILL HAVE TO do it so why not MAKE A CHOICE to learn to make some new healthier food optins!
I promise you can do it and you will be healthier and living great when you do!
