It's Not easy Being Green. Okay, I really really love green drinks. Especially when I don't have to make them. Thanks to frutti fresh.
Anyway, doing my best to do my best. Every morning it's a delicious chocolate or coffee shake and lunch as often as I can I have a green drink. Continuing to eat real food like nuts, fruit, and vegetables and protein. An occasional bad carb comes my way once or twice a week. But overall not beating myself up and very glad to stay healthy and happy in my later 40s. I am far ahead of where I used to be if I had never made the health changes I made. Very proud of myself and glad to pass on wise decisions to my kids, not that they make them, but they have the information and education. Yay me!
