It's to Focus on how to improve and change your mindset, environment, and behavior around food!

I so love this PROGRAM!

WHO IS THE 2B MINDSET PROGRAM FOR?

  • Anyone who wants to lose 5 to 100 lbs. or more, without depriving themselves
  • Almost everyone who wants a better relationship with food
  • People who have failed with other diets in the past
  • Those who can’t exercise but still wish to slim down
  • Those who exercise but still aren’t getting the results they want
  • Any person who frequently eats according to mood or emotional impulse
  • Men and women who simply want to maintain their weight
  • Anyone following a special dietary lifestyle (vegan, vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, etc.)
  • Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant. There’s a section in the program for pregnant women that includes modifications. But, of course, anyone who is considering using the 2B Mindset program should consult their physician first, especially if they are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you’re speaking with someone who has any unique or special medical needs or conditions, such as food allergies, dietary restrictions, or issues with blood sugar regulation, always recommend they check with their doctor first before starting the program
