Live your days as best as you can.
Here is one of several reasons why I adapted this mindset just over 6 years ago. Before that, I was just existing, going through the motions, and being careless in my behaviors and choices.
Overall I was probably fine but I can definitely tell you that years later through better choices and trying new things that life has been more of an enjoyable Adventure and more rewarding and just extremely happier and worth living.
What choices do I make?
The first major choices were changing what I ate and how I saw food. Mindset with food is huge. I no longer eat because I'm bored or because I haven't eat motion I want to fulfill, I now see food more as fuel and I also see things that I used to consume as not food anymore, they are toxic products to my body. We are allowed to consume them because they're not initially toxic but overtime in certain amounts they can be. That choice then evolved into better choices in daily life, better choices about those who I hang around, better choices in turning off Media and some social media news feeds, and so much more.
It was just over three years ago that I took a risk to become a Beachbody Coach. I first became a coach for the discounts and knowing I was already helping hundreds of women improve your health, this Choice also allowed me to have more resources to help others. The side income was extra bonus. Right now Beachbody has an amazing product about mindset and food, especially emotionally eating. I would like others to join me in purchasing this and trying it out. Their products have a 30-day refund, so if you don't like it, get refunded. But do three solid weeks with me and let's see how it goes. What are you waiting for? What do you have to lose?
You have everything to gain in life, living, and being more free. If you choose not to try then you are closing a door that has been wonderfully open for you. What the heck, step through that door, check it out... if you like it stay or keep walking more, if you don't like it, turn around go back and close that door.
I just have learned in life to not close the door on opportunity especially when most of the outcome will be positive.
