Waffles or Pancakes?


This morning, I had Waffles! I just love them!

These are great topped with Pecans, Walnuts, or Almonds

You can top it with some blueberries or diced banana (small amount). 

Today, I even sprinkled my sweetener and cinnamon. It is made by taking Xylitol Crystals and blending them in the NutriBullet with the milling blade. Then add same amount of cinnamon and blend. Then put it in a small shaker bottle! YUM! It was like an elephant ear at the fair with NO GUILT!
