IDEA: (from experience) 

     For faster visible results through a program already for you, I suggest doing the 21 Day Fix meal/portion plan in addition to the fitness program that has simple modifiers for anyone with limited mobility.
     I personally lost inches and got stronger in mobility while having feet issues limiting some moves, so I modified and still got results!!
