Good morning, What time is it?

Good morning, What time is it? 
It is chocolate shake time! 🍫
It feels oh so bad, but it is also good (for me)!
Every single day, I enjoy a shake and the recipe is never the same. Today is my vanilla plant based mix with added Cocoa, coconut water and coconut milk, a digestive health mix, all blended with ice! Mmm. My shake is MY short cut to easier health and weightloss in addition to healthier eating and activity/self-care.
Everyone should live as healthy as they can, in their own way. 👍 It is my joy to help people find their way. Explore options and evolve to what is realistic based on where you are and where you want to be in your health.
Confession that my journey was pretty strict the first years because I knew I needed the discipline to break my old habits and ways. My old lifestyle/habits/choices were possibly leading me to a path of diabetes and heart disease and who knows what else. (I was day and happy, but had no idea the path to I'll health until I made changes). I really like to believe that now I have either postponed or completely prevented those paths.
I explored and researched many options and found what worked not just in reaching my health goals but being a realistic long-term lifestyle. Evolving overtime has also been an added secret longer term Success. Of course success is personally defined, right. For me, it means no full back slide.
Anyway, know that I am here to hear your struggles, successes, and here too Cheer you on or help share the vast amount of resources I have (most free)!
 Right now is my "ultimate last call" for anyone interested in joining my six week study on The Daniel Plan, not the Daniel Fast.
 This is a Bible study! It is not a diet plan or imposed exercise regimen. The beauty of this study is that you will determine and decide what works for you based on your time, and resources. Basically show up for 6 Mondays live with me to study and focus on certain areas to increase our healthy living.
