Getting back

Posted about a week ago on my IG but I love it


Walnut chocolate chip flax muffin in a mug with my chocolate and greens smoothie with water and a good old coffee.

Getting my food back on point has been they challenged but definitely rewarding.

Now I'm working on the will because I have the want to work out. Once were very willing, it will make us do it.

How are you doing?
I feel like the only one struggling. Many people are definitely on the upswing, losing weight, feeling great, in rocking there healthy journey 🙌🙌🙌
