Where did they go? Doesn't matter, not looking for them!

What am I talking about? ... INCHES!!!! people inches! :) I love losing inches! bye bye! Who doesn't? Of course, not going for skinny, going for healthy! It is recommended that our waist be half our height, and I'm not there yet but closer!



On December 1st, I cut out eggs and anything with eggs. This is hard since they became my staple for breakfast or a flax muffin which has eggs in it. I am only doing it for 21 days as suggested in The Virgin Diet. JJ Virgin says, give your gut time to heal and then you can slowly reintroduce to see if there are food sensitivities. I will say by day 3, there was an obvious increase in energy! This mom of four small ones, surely needs that! :)

I went ahead an measured inches. I usually do this on the first of the month anyway (my weight and inches once a month). So after the first week, I notice my 'snug/tight' jeans that I bought for encouragement were getting loser. Yes even from straight out of the dryer! LOL So I measured and saw a 1/2" loss in my chest, a 1" loss in my waist, a 1" loss in my hips, and the two that haven't changed in months... my arm and thigh, a 1/2" loss each! I'll take it!

So how do I do Breakfast?
These are my new creations; lettuce wraps with the suggested equation from The Virgin Diet; Protein, (healthy) Fat, Fiber, and Veggies. In my head as I prepare each meal, I say "PFFV" heehee. I sometimes do shakes too, as suggested from JJ Virgin.

Still shocked at the results!
I am not "sold" on anything easily, but when I still eat and lose an inch in my waist when I just cut out eggs for a week and a half, I'm proof, a witness to you that finding your problem foods, works. Find what foods you eat that make your body work overtime to fight resulting in weight loss resistance or worse, weight gain ! :(
